How many different CRM (customer relationship management) solutions have you used? Personally, I’ve used five. As a Dealing Representative for a securities dealer, my role revolves around managing relationships with investors. My goal is to onboard them smoothly while ensuring compliance with securities regulations. This can often be time-consuming, especially when done manually across multiple platforms.
