subscription agreement or otherwise invested. For example, we may disclose information such as

name, address and contact details and confirmation that an investor is eligible to participate in the

offering. An issuer typically needs this information for its own legal compliance and to maintain a list of

investors for their record.

Service Providers

We may disclose Personal Information to certain trusted third-party providers for the use of personal

verification. The sharing of your Personal Information will only be limited to allow the third parties to

perform its services. They are required to protect and maintain the privacy and security of all Personal

Information they received through our platform.

Legal & Regulatory Bodies
